Ac Hotel By Marriott Pleasanton

I was frustrated with the service I received. The toilet paper hadn't been replaced, I had to use the previous guest's used rolls-totally disgusting! I found the overall cleanliness of the room lacking. There was dust on the floor and even ants in the washroom. These are basic issues that should have been taken care of before my arrival.

Stayed at the hotel while attending a 2 day workshop in Pleasanton.

Very convenient.

Meal (breakfast) omelette was great, hash browns were very different, flat, not the usual fluffy crusty hash browns we are accustomed to.

Comfortable bed in a spacious Beautiful Guest room with a mountain view, though it lacked enough pillows. The fridge was effective but occasionally froze items. Staff were nice and responsive, particularly room service. Proximity to offices is a plus. Unfortunately, noise from the highway was disruptive despite being in a larger room. The gym could benefit from updated equipment.

The beds were comfortable. Especially Santos.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for teenagers.

The stay was enjoyable overall, especially with the comfortable beds that made for good sleep after a busy day visiting local attractions. The hotel's cleanliness and the convenience of having a white noise machine were a definite plus.

The staff was super friendly. My guest room had a fine city view, and the bathroom was really nice. I also loved the 24-hour fitness center with its huge windows that let in plenty of light. Plus, there's a mall and cheesecake factory just nearby!

I enjoyed the modern decor throughout the hotel, especially the spacious lobby areas that were well-lit and easy to navigate. So important for seniors like me.

Improved soundproofing would enhance the experience.
